SeroSyn features 5-HTP and theanine to help modulate serotonin metabolism.

Other Ingredients: Capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), microcrystalline cellulose, silica, and stearic acid (vegetable).

Directions: Take one capsule three times daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
