Beurer Nebuliser IH18
Compressed-air technology For treating the upper and lower airways, colds, asthma, respiratory diseases High proportion of respirable particles
This compressed-air nebuliser is designed for treating upper and lower airways, colds, asthma, and other respiratory diseases, offering a high proportion of respirable particles for effective treatment. It ensures short inhalation times and includes an atomizer, masks for both adults and children, and a mouthpiece. The device operates at a working pressure of approximately 0.8 to 1.45 bar, provides extensive accessories, and can be disinfected. Its nebulization performance is about 0.4 ml/min, and it is classified as a medical device powered by mains operation.
The nebuliser comes with a baby mask suitable for infants and toddlers aged 0 to 3 years, and a children's mask for those 2 years and older; however, the most suitable mask may vary based on face shape and size. When using a mask, ensure a snug fit that doesn't obstruct the eyes. For babies and children, the mask should cover both the mouth and nose for effective inhalation. It is crucial that children only use the nebuliser under adult supervision and assistance, and they should never be left alone during the process. Additionally, nebulization next to someone sleeping is not recommended as it may prevent sufficient medication from reaching the lungs.
