Directions for taking Colostrum Powder:
Colostrum must be taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before breakfast.
Start with 1/2 a scoop in 50ml of water milk or yogurt. Take is for about 1 week. See how you feel. If you feel okay , increase the intake to 1 scoop in 100ml for a week, then increase to the full dosage of one and a half scoops in 150ml.
After mixing, leave it for a few minutes to thicken a bit, then drink. Keep it in your mouth for a few seconds before swallowing as the first absorption is the tongue. This way your system will get use to the colostrum gradually. If you are not feeling good, carry on taking 1/2 a scoop in 50ml or reduce the intake to a 1/4 scoop in 25ml.
Diet is also important. You need to drink a lot of water to flush out the toxins and hydrate your organs. Drink 8 glasses of water a day minimum. Cut down on sugars, processed foods, takeaways, fizzy drinks etc.
Remember when you start using colostrum the repairs to your body will make you feel different. This means the colostrum is busy changing and recalibrating your entire system to a better balance so do not stop but rather persevere.
Do not mix with hot liquids or put in a blender as this will destroy the Alpha Lipid coating around the colostrum.
